founded in 1997. The company's initial public stock offering took
place in 1999.
Payment Online provides affordable and secure

In August 2000, Payment Online merged with a leading
payment processing house (and one of the first companies offering
real-time credit card processing on the Internet), Valley Internet
Services of California.
