1. How easy is it to integrate your
recurring billing into my web site?
Integrating Payment Online's recurring billing system into your
website is as easy as going to an Administrative Interface (which
you can do on the Internet) and creating a recurring billing product
(say, subscription or membership) in the Admin Interface. Then you
click on the BUILD HYPERLINK (URL), and it builds you the hyperlink
for the recurring billing product.
Then you can copy and paste onto page(s) in your website. The
whole process takes about 30 seconds (if that) usually. This is
described in more detail (with screen shots) in our Product Guides,
which you can download by clicking on Product
Guides.
2. Where do I download and how do
I install the recurring billing software?
You do not need to download or install the recurring billing software
on your PC. The recurring billing from Payment Online is a hosted
system. The cost is included in the ecommerce solution that you
would get from Payment Online. See pricing

3. How easy is it to integrate your
recurring billing system with my accounting software that I have
on my PC?
Quite easy. Most of our clients simply download the recurring billing
database (from the Web-based Administrative Interface) and import
it into their accounting package, or most commonly, their Microsoft
Excel Spreadsheet. You can also make modifications and upload the
database or any existing database of recurring customers. Contact

4. I have a solution with another
company. Can I move my system and bring my recurring billing database
of customers to Payment Online's recurring billing system?
Yes. You can bring a complete database of your existing recurring
customers and upload it to your Payment Online recurring billing
system. Also, if necessary, you can enter all you previous recurring
customers directly into the recurring billing system by using a
POST command to place large numbers of customers into the system.

5. Can you add ecommerce functionality
with recurring billing to a web site that sells shippable products?
Yes. If you already have a web site selling products that are shipped,
you can add a recurring billing product in conjuntion with that.
