Price-Match Guarantee does not apply to existing customers of

previously by Payment Online Corporation, or through its affiliates

Price-Match Guarantee is valid only for Internet based companies. |

Price-Match Guarantee is valid only for requests submitted within
30 days of the signing of the Merchant Services Agreement with
Payment Online. If you do not have a current Agreement, you
must first sign up for one of our solutions before you can submit
a request. |

Price-Match Guarantee is valid only for requests that submit
(in writing or by email) evidence of the E-commerce Service
Provider's offering and its identical solution comparison and
prices. The compaison must be an exact like-for-like comparison
of service details and all initial fees and other pricing. |

Price-Match Guarantee does not apply to pieces of or partitions
of services includes in our complete solutions. |

Our
Price-Match Guarantee does not apply to any of our special promotions
and bonus offers, whether with or without our affiliates' joint
programs. |

Price-Match Guarantee does not apply to comparisons that include
rebates, coupons, membership offers, special offers, or bundle
pricing. |

No
refund will be made if the waiver has already been applied to
a request. |
