information at Payment Online are kept encrypted. There are two
digital certificates used each with two private and public keys.
There is an SSL Server with Certificate Authority Digital Certificates

Also, for extra security and at no cost to you, there a a digital
certificate used for your connection to the subscription database
to access the credit card information using the same technology

The VISA/Mastercard rate varies from 2.1%-2.3%. Additional fees
may apply. Your Internet Merchant Account program will provide details
of any additional fees, if it applies.
Other card types (American Express, Discover, Diners Card, etc.)
have reasonable rates as well.
A "per-transaction" fee may also apply. Transaction fees
can vary depending on product type
(e.g. downloadable software, subscription, donation, etc.), but
most often, transaction fees are 25 cents per transaction.
Many ecommerce service providers charge between 1.5%-15%
of your sales revenue, additionally. However, Payment Online DOES
NOT charge a "percentage" of your revenue.
If you already have a merchant account,
Payment Online would we happy to integrate your exiting Internet
Merchant Account into your ecommerce solution. There is no additional
fee for this, however, your Internet merchant account has to adhere
to strick security and transaction processing regulations (which
