Easy-to-use online management tools will help you with viewing your incoming transactions, viewing/printing/importing/exporting your customer database, modifying customer information, and tracking all the transactions and customer history. We've made it as easy as possible for you, including one-button-click issuing of credits (when necessary), and producing reports daily, weekly, monthly, per customer, per e-mail, and much, much, more.

In addition, you also have access to an online virtual terminal for manual processing of telephone orders. All of this is done right over the Internet through your secure access to your ecommerce solution. No software to download or install on your PC. You can manage your eBusiness from anywhere in the world.

 

Main Menu

To make changes to initial settings and/or add new features, you have access to the Order Manager. This easy-to-use tool is designed to be clear and concise and it offers ample flexibility. However, you do not necessarily need to make modifications if you wish to keep your setup as its original settings, but it is good to know that if you need to make changes, you can do so in a HASSLE-FREE Manner.
 
 

 
 

Product Menu

Using the eComMembership‘s online WIZARD, you would create a “membership” product by entering description, price, etc. for a unique SKU (item) number. You then select a buy button (such as: hyperlink text or FORM button). The Catalog Manager will then create the buy button for you. You then copy and paste the buy button into your web page(s). This process takes about 30 seconds. It’s that easy. See Enter Your Membership Information, below.
 
 
 
 

Order Search Menu

By far the most popular tool is the ORDER SEARCH. This is a powerful search tool with exceptional simplicity and flexibility that will allow you to search for customers, transactions, memberships in either a simple mode or advanced mode, whichever you choose.

Depending which type of search you select, different options for that specified search parameters will become available. After you select a search parameter, you also have the choice of using a Simple Mode or Advanced Mode interface. Simple mode is used for basic searching, while the advanced mode gives you more options to refine your search criteria. Simple mode is on by default, to change it to advanced mode choose the drop down menu on the top left and select (as shown below).

To change the search parameters, choose the options on the drop down menu to the top right or on the main menu to the left. Below, we have displayed all the options within the drop down menu for each catagory of search.

Shopping Cart / Order Page

When your online customers click on the BUY button (hyperlink) on your web site, they are taken through a secure checkout (hosted on Payment Online secure servers) where credit card transaction information can be entered.

The Shopping Cart (also referred to as Order Checkout Page) can be integrated into your website to give the look and feel, and still retain the SSL secure server https:// to facilitate secure order processing. Headers and Footers can also be used to quickly and seamlessly integrate order pages with your website.

When your customers have completed their shopping, they go through the checkout. Once they are ready to checkout, they are simply taken through a order checkout process, starting form the Shopping Cart/Order Page (see below).

 
 

 
 

Entering Billing Information

Entering billing information is quire intuitive and easy to follow. When a field of data is required for processing of the transaction (or ensure that the customer record is complete), the field will have a 'required' note next to the field.
 
 
 
 

Order Review Screen

The review allows online shoppers to review their basket and EDIT their product choice before proceeding.
 
 
 
 

Payment Information Screen

The Payment Information page is for allowing the credit card payment to be entered. The Billing Address is also editable in case your customer's first credit card is not approved and a second credit card is needed to complete the order - and sometimes the billing address on the second card is not the same as the first. After years of providing ecommerce services, we think we know a thing or two about making the online order processing convenient for your customers.
 
 
 
 

Order Confirmation Receipt

Once the order is submitted, the Payment Online servers process the online transaction securely through the banking networks, and the merchant bank transfers the funds to your business bank account.

After processing, authorization responses are then returned to your new online subscribers in "real-time" and a confirmation of sale is e-mailed to you and to your customers. If the credit card authorization is successful, your online subscribers are provided with a Username and a Password for future access to your protected content area or secured URL. At the same time, the details of your online subscriber's credit card information is stored in encrypted format for future processing for your recurring billing.

 
 
 
 

Logging into the Members' Area

Now your new subscriber can click on the LOGIN URL, as indicated in the reciept (confirmation) page (as above), and they will be taken to a login screen (as shown below). However, you can also direct your new subscribers to a page within your web pages to login directly from there as well. Another flexible feature to make your ecommerce easily customizable.
 
 
 
 

Once the username/password is authenticated, your new subscriber is automatically taken through the members' area.
