Customer
Satisfaction is Priority #1
Age-old business adages and trusty MBA professors tell us that we
can blow through millions of dollars in advertising and crazy PR
stunts and still never get ahead unless we're listening to, and
satisfying, our customers' needs.
Our
goal is to have each of our clients out promoting, even evangelizing,
for our company on our behalf. To accomplish these levels of satisfaction,
we can't just wander around chanting the "leave it up to customer
relations" mantra. Every individual within our company must
be aware of the importance we place on customer service and act
accordingly. In all of our business dealings, we're ambassadors
for the company. And when one of us looks good, the company looks
good.
It's
All a Team Effort
Our victories are team victories. The big contract secured by the
VP of Biz Dev is a fantastic feather in his cap - but it's not for
him to savor alone. After all, the legal department drew up the
papers. The VP's assistant nurtured the relationship for months
on end. The IT department is actually implementing the solution
That's
not to say we don't expect individual achievement. On the contrary,
we do. And a lot of it. It's more that we believe it takes solid
contributions from everyone, everywhere for us to achieve our goals.
And when we do achieve them, we celebrate together.
